The price includes:

Prices are in Euros on a daily basis by apartments.Residence tax is paid separatly, 1.10 Euro a day, per person older than 12 years. Children younger than 12 years are exempt from paying taxes. For accommodation that is less than З days,the pay is 30% more on the amount of the cost of nights.

50% of the total price is paid in advance when booking, as a down paiment.

Note: In case od cancellation, the advance payed is not returned.The full price of the stay is paid prior to the arrival or at the departure. Checkin of guest is done on Saturdays from 14:00 pm. and checkout is until 10:00 am Saturday.

In case od damages to the building or property in the apartment,guests are obligated to compensate the same amount three times greater than the real cost of the item.
